Lights Are On, But Nobody’s Home (2025)

Installation with inlaid pine wood wall sculptures and photographs
350 x 300 x 250 cm

Presented at the curated section Intersections, Art Rotterdam 2025, Galerie Caroline O’Breen

Lights Are On But Nobody’s Home is the result of research on traditions of apiculture (beekeeping), the work of architect Jože Plečnik (1872-1957); and a reflection of my position as a guest artist at the Plečnik House Museum in Ljubljana, Slovenia, in 2024.

The installation works originated from the solo exhibition To Decide Where the Shadow Falls at the Plečnik House (2024-25) in Ljubljana, Slovenia. This exhibition was co-produced with RAVNIKAR.
